For our five-star superior hotel, Kasteel van Ordingen, we are looking for a passionate and refined breakfast chef to give our guests an exceptional culinary start to their day every morning. Our breakfast concept combines a high-quality buffet with refined à-la-carte preparations, with quality, presentation, and guest experience at the forefront.

As a breakfast chef, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of the entire breakfast offering. You will consistently maintain the high gastronomic standards our guests expect and work closely with the kitchen team and front office.

• Prepare and present a luxurious breakfast buffet according to five-star standards
• Prepare à-la-carte breakfast dishes fresh to order (egg preparations, hot dishes, specials)
• Maintain quality, freshness, hygiene, and presentation
• Ensure smooth service during peak hours
• Contribute ideas for refinement and innovation of the breakfast offerings
• Strictly comply with HACCP and safety regulations
• Efficiently manage stock and mise-en-place

• Proven experience as a (breakfast) chef in a hotel or gastronomic environment
