Reservations
Through our online reservation system, you can quickly and easily make bookings for parties of 1 to 6 people. If you wish to lunch or dine with a larger group, we are happy to discuss the options with you by email or phone. When making a reservation, a credit card is always required as a guarantee. An authorization of €50 per person will be requested; this amount will be temporarily held on your account. After your visit, the authorization is automatically released and will not be deducted from your bill at the restaurant. Reservations can be canceled free of charge by the guest up to 24 hours before arrival. No-shows or cancellations within the 24-hour period are subject to a cancellation fee of €50 per person. Different conditions apply for group reservations of 10 or more people; these can be found in the quote provided by our sales team.

Menu adjustments, dietary requirements & allergens
Our menu is created with care and creativity, reflecting the signature of our Chef. To preserve the integrity of our culinary style, we cannot accommodate all dietary requests. Please communicate your preferences when making a reservation, and our team will review what is possible. Here are some guidelines: Vegetarian – We offer vegetarian dishes, but vegan options are not available. Fish, shellfish & crustaceans – These products form a significant part of our signature. In case of allergies, the menu will be adjusted to mainly vegetarian dishes. Garlic, onion, mushrooms & citrus – These ingredients can be omitted, but not from our base broths, oils, and infusions. Gluten & lactose – These ingredients can be limited but not always completely excluded.

Children
Children are warmly welcome. Please inform us in advance of their age and eating habits so that we can make the necessary preparations.

Pets
For hygienic reasons, pets are unfortunately not allowed, except for assistance dogs.

Parking
Our restaurant has a spacious parking area, including spaces for disabled guests. Several charging points for electric cars are also available on the castle grounds.

Dress code
In the Aurum restaurant, wearing appropriate attire is required.

Privacy & photography
To respect the privacy of our guests, we kindly ask that you exercise discretion when taking photos in the restaurant and avoid including other guests in the images.

Smoking & vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in our restaurant and hotel.
