  • Check-in en check-out

    • Where can I park my (electric) vehicle?

      Our hotel has 2 car parks, both are free. The first car park is located just in front of the hotel. The second parking is located inside the domain. The parking inside the domain is equipped with bicycle racks, charging stations for electric bicycles and electric cars and is closed at night. If you are outside the domain and return later than 23.00, you can open the gate with the key card of your room.

    • From what time can I check in and until what time can I check out?

      Check-in is possible from 15.00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the reception. Early check-in is only possible according to availability. If you will be arriving later than 21:00, please let us know. Check out is possible until 11.00. Late check out is possible until 14:00, in which case you pay a 10% supplement on the room rate. Until 18:00 (depending on availability) is also possible, in this case you pay a supplement of 50% of the room price.

    • What does wellness entail?

      In our wellness area you will find a hammam, Finnish sauna, infrared seats and an experience shower. A swimming pool and jacuzzi are not available. Our wellness is privatized and therefore always on reservation. You can book at the reception or by phone. You can only use our wellness as hotel guest.

    • How can I reserve my breakfast?

      You can decide whether or not you want to have breakfast via our website, or until check-in. The reception will always ask you when you check in. Breakfast for adults (12 years and older) costs € 30 per person per day and is not included in the room rate. Breakfast is always served in Bistro Richard and is available every day. The breakfast is very extensive and in buffet form. A breakfast for children (6 - 12 years) costs € 15 pp, a breakfast for toddlers (3 - 6 years) costs € 7.50 pp. Breakfast outside is only possible on reservation and according to availability. If you wish to have breakfast outside, you can make a reservation via 011 58 68 18.

    • What are the dining options at Ordingen Castle?

      The gourmet restaurant Aurum and Bistro Richard are located on the grounds of Ordingen Castle. If you wish to have lunch or dinner in our gastronomic restaurant Aurum, you can make a reservation via: www.restaurant-aurum.be. We advise you to book in time, so that you can be sure of a place. Restaurant Aurum closes on Saturday afternoon, Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday. If you would like to have lunch or dinner in Bistro Richard, you can make reservations via +32 (0)11 58 68 18. Bistro Richard is open every day from 11 am.

    • What are the cancellation conditions?

      Private guests (up to 10 persons) can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Groups (from 10 persons) need to confirm the final number of guests 1 month in advance. If guests wish to join after that, this is only possible according to availability. If, after one month in advance, there are still cancellations due to force majeure, this can be done free of charge up to one week in advance. If cancellations are made later than one week in advance, they will be charged at 100%.

    • Are there any additional costs if more people want to stay in my room? → Extra (baby) bed (JS S ES) + breakfast

      If an additional guest wishes to stay in your room, an extra bed can be placed. Extra beds can only be placed in the following room types: junior suite, suite or executive suite. 2 extra beds can only be placed in an executive suite.

    • Can I get room service in my room?

      Room service is available for dinner, breakfast, champagne, etc. If you want room service, there is a supplement of € 7.5 per room service.
