We are looking for an all-round F&B professional to strengthen our team in the bistro of Kasteel van Ordingen.

The five-star hotel Kasteel van Ordingen is a gem in the heart of Haspengouw, near Sint-Truiden and Hasselt. The castle domain also includes 32 rooms and suites, Bistro Richard, a wellness area, a maximalist lounge, 3 meeting rooms for business gatherings, a pear orchard, and a vineyard. Additionally, as a member of Relais & Châteaux, we strive for an optimal guest experience in a familial and authentic setting.

As an all-round F&B professional, you are responsible for serving dishes and drinks in Bistro Richard. You ensure a warm welcome for every guest and provide them with the necessary knowledge about the menu. With your infectious smile, you contribute to a positive atmosphere in the room and ensure the entire service runs smoothly. Before, during, and after the shift, you maintain order and cleanliness: setting up the room, mise en place, and helping to clean the room and kitchen. Additionally, you are responsible for planning, executing, and following up on seminars and events. In close collaboration with the sales department, you ensure the desired setup of the room, brief the kitchen on culinary wishes, help develop arrangements, provide good support to the organizer, and lend a hand where needed...
